2015 Recap

OOTD: White off shoulder top from Dataran Pahlawan  l  Pants from Thailand  l  Sandals from Vincci

Have not been actively blogging due to my extremely tight schedule but I must do this post! A recap of 2015. (and also last outfit post of 2015!)

2015 hasn't been the smoothest year, in fact, it was quite challenging. I guess as humans we tend to remember more of the not so great things, but I'm thankful that I kept this blog (sort of) alive so that I can look back at all the memories!

Here's all the good things that have happened this year:

  • Sponsored by Number 76 to try out their treatment (and then later on got a full year sponsorship from them! Yay!)

  • Went on a Penang trip with my course mates.

  • Became a director for a marathon event at my Uni, which is Larian Gegar 2015. Needless to say this was my ultimate highlight for the year, and has gotten me busy for sooo many months. I think it's the first time ever I felt that I put my 101% effort to doing something. Unfortunately, have not had the time to blog about it, but I will do it after finals.

  • Got my braces off! (Which I have also not blogged about, but here's a picture!)
  • Turned 21

I am really grateful for all the blessings and challenges in 2015. It has been a year of growing, learning, and more learning. Can't wait to see what's in store for 2016 :)

Thank you 2015, and Happy New Year everyone!

T w e n t y O n e

I'm finally Twenty One! Got my golden key yo! Ironically, turning 21 means gaining freedom, but honestly, all I wanna do is stay as close to my family and friends as possible.

I guess going to Uni, having to leave behind my family, friends, familiar surroundings, have made me extra appreciative of everything I have and to cherish the time I have with my loved ones. (albeit my Uni isn't THAT far from home, but I guess a 2 hours drive is far enough for me.)

Looking back at the 21 years, I am so grateful for everything. I am truly, wonderfully blessed. (Thank you God!) I have people who love me, I have everything I need and more. If this is not enough, then I don't know what is.

I am especially thankful for everyone that I have crossed paths with throughout my 21 years of life so far. Everyone that I have met and known at a certain point in my life have helped shaped me to who I am today, and I'm thankful of that. Wow getting a bit sentimental here, haha, but I really can't thank everyone enough!

Some pictures of all the people I love and am grateful for!

I am thankful for my family, who has provided me with unconditional love. I wouldn't be where I am without their love and support.

My girls who always got my back.

Form six buddies! We went through and survived High School together!

Uni mates! 2 and a half years to go more people!

*ahem* This is self-explanatory I guess :P

Had a simple birthday celebration but I am beyond contented. Spending time with my loved ones and receiving well wishes from those who really care means the world to me.

I couldn't ask for more :)

Ending this post with a selfie because..I ain't getting any younger and I may not be able to pull off selfies like that in future years. hahah.

Merry Christmas everyone! and Happy more years of living to myself :)

P.S: Ooh yes my braces are off!! But this will be another story for another time. *winks*
